Ingredients for 4 person
- 800gr. fillet salmon (4 fillets)
- 150 gr. brown rice
- 100 gr. ”Prunes Despina” without the kernel of
- 80 ml olive oil
- 2gr. salt
- 5gr. white pepper
For the sauce
- 50ml olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- fresh coriander
Directions
In well-salted water, boil the rice for about half an hour and strain. While still hot, stir in the chopped plums and about half olive oil.
At the same time, we put oil salt and pepper in salmon and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Serve the salmon with rice and prunes.
Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in the blender and pour on food.
