A delicious and very healthy salad!
Time: 15′ | Serves: 4 person
Ingredients
• 1 lettuce
• 5 rocket leaves
• 1 bunch of dill finely chopped
• 1 finely chopped radish
• 1 finely chopped green onion
• 50g Despina dried prunes (pitless)
• 1 arabic pita cut in quarters
• 100g Katiki Domokou cheese
Dressing:
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp honey
• salt
• pepper
Preparation
1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
2. Cut the lettuce, radish and rocket into small pieces and place in a deep dish.
3. Add the dill, green onion, radishes and Despina dried pitless prunes and stir.
4. Garnish the salad with the pita and the Katiki Domokou cheese.
5. In a deep dish whisk the mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
